Artificial Inteligence for health and wellbeing
This 4-day course equips adult educators, trainers, and facilitators with knowledge, tools, and teaching strategies to help learners (especially adults and informal caregivers) use Artificial Intelligence for self-care, well-being, and community support.
Participants will explore accessible AI applications, design engaging classroom activities, and learn how to address ethical and emotional aspects of digital health literacy.
The programme combines practical digital experimentation with pedagogical reflection, enabling participants to learn alongside AI and understand how to teach with it.

Target groups

No prior technical background is required, basic computer or smartphone use is enough.
