Those of you who have been following us for a long time already know that we love discovering and experimenting with new methodologies that make it easier for us to continue working to achieve higher quality in learning. That is why Flipped Digital Teachers is an opportunity that will allow us to redefine the role of the trainers when working with some of the most vulnerable groups, seizing the potential of a Flipped Learning approach.
Flipped Learning is a pedagogical model, also known as a flipped classroom, which places the weight of the training process on students studying and preparing lessons outside the classroom. This becomes the space where participatory activities are implemented, thus both the role of the teacher and the student change.
Flippe Digital Teachers, is an Erasmus+ project that seeks to value Fllpped Learning, as a methodology that makes it easier for trainers to plan the future of the training system in accordance with the parameters provided by hybrid learning, combining synchronous and asynchronous dimensions.
To do this and over two years, we will explore the characteristics of this new methodological approach, together with entities from other European countries that will accompany us in the process.
Led by Trim Tab (Swedeb) and with other partner of especialists from Greece and Poland, besides Spain, We will work on the development of a Toolkit for trainers of vulnerable groups. This toolkit will consist of a course as well as another series of resources, such as video pills and Good Practices, that will allow all those interested, free access to training resources that allow them to know more about what it is and how to get the most out of Flipped Learning.
