Digital Citizenship is more than the social and daily use we make of technology.
It is the ability to use resources and technological tools in a safe, responsible and efficient manner, which implies that we must train ourselves to develop our digital skills if we really want to exercise our digital citizenship.
DQ Skills is a project in which different European organizations, specialized in the areas of Training and New Technologies, join efforts to develop a Training Path and a Course that, according to 3 levels (basic, medium and advanced), enables any person to the correct exercise of her/his digital citizenship.
The European consortium DQ Skills seeks, with the support of Erasmus + Programme, to work together to overcome the gap in digital skills that is already identified as a reality, and that would imply a new source of social and employment exclusion for thousands of people.
What does DQ Skills offer?
- A training course based on the European Digital Competence Framework, teaching how to use technology as a digital citizen.
- Validated and tested by specialists and users from 4 European countries.
- Adapted to an open and flexible methodology.
- Multilingual and easy to use in any mobile device.
